About the artist now in Australia

You might have guessed by now that I’m a pretty diverse character.

As a young child, growing up in South Africa, I’ve been influenced by so many different cultures, people, sights, sounds, food… the list goes on. You’d only have to step out of your door and your senses are overwhelmed. Needless to say, it’s left an amazing mark on my life and if you look closely enough at my art work, you’ll see it there.

For as long as I can remember I’ve loved art. As frowned upon as it was in my home, I took every opportunity to do something creative. I’ve always felt that art is like a second skin and life without it is bleak and desolate (maybe a bit dramatic… but thats art to me).

It didn’t matter what hurdles life threw my way, I’ve always found my sanctuary in drawing and painting; 2 of my most favourite aspects. From South Africa to Australia. Here I am… and I’ve started  to share my art with you. I hope you love it… cause I really really love it.
