Crafted in partnership with Nicholson Fine Foods, this finishing vinegar was a gold medal winner at the 2013 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards.
Estate-bottled and specially developed to harmonise with the the flavour profile of our premium olive oils, it offers deep caramel and balsamic notes with a hint of orange citrus.
The gentle acidity is beautifully balanced by natural fruit sweetness and subtle spice complexity – as described by Chef and creator, Peter Nicholson.
Perfect paired with our Lemon Pressed Olive Oil for a sensational salad dressing, drizzled over pork cutlets or roast vegetables, or used as a luxurious dip for crusty bread.
A drizzle over strawberries or vanilla ice cream adds an indulgent finish.
