Ingredients: Tomatoes, onions, brown vinegar, sugar, Bush Tomatoes, oven roasted capsicum, spices, salt.

Bush Tomato Relish
We are so very thankful to our Aboriginal friends for sending us a fresh harvest in July of fresh Bush Tomatoes! Good rains in the central deserts on their traditional lands have allowed us to get one of our most popular products back in stock.
Serve on crackers with hard cheese or use with meat pies or BBQ. It makes THE best burger relish you have ever had.
Only a small amount is needed because of the strength of flavour, try a small amount stirred through your ravioli with a sprinkling of Chevre goats cheese with some olive oil & fresh basil.
Delicious with BBQ meats and sausages, bacon & eggs. Scrumptious on burgers, sandwiches, cheese scones or as a side with omelettes. Use in a pizza or pasta sauce, great with any hard cheese.
Refrigerate once opened and; use within 4 weeks as no preservatives are used
