My black tea base comes with many potential health benefits, and may improved digestion, mood and elevated hydration and energy!
Cacao nibs add a natural chocolatey taste, as well as being a source of polyphenols (naturally occurring micronutrients).
Strawberries also contain polyphenols and are packed with vitamins and fibre. They are believed to have and may have anti-aging properties .
Freeze-drying helps preserve nutrients.
