I’m bursting with sweet, tangy natural fruit and floral flavours, and will vary slightly in taste each time, depending on the size of fruit piece and blossom.

I am like an old fashioned Lemonade stand drink.
I’m full of all-natural inclusions that are more than just delicious – they may help your wellness too!
Apple and Marigold may help in maintaining good digestive health (so have a cup of me after a meal). Marigold may also help ease headache and period pain.
Hibiscus Blossoms and Rosehip are high in antioxidants which maybe beneficial to the body, and rosehip is also thought to may have healing/restorative properties.
Blackberry may traditionally be used to help ease the pain of sore throats and is high in Vitamin C, tannins and flavonoids that may also help with upset tummies.
Drink me warm or cold as an iced tea! I can be helpful had after a meal as I may aid digestion.

How to cold steep.
Steep as normally in a 250ml cup but add 2 teaspoons of tea, once steep has finished pour into a 500ml cup full of ice. Make sure the cup or glass can cope with the hot and cold water, it will melt the ice and give you a cold refreshing drink.
