Hello Ginger


If you love the taste of Ginger then you will love this one, it is a gorgeous red colour when steeped and has a lovely fruity Ginger flavour.

Ingredients – Rosehip shells, hibiscus, lemongrass, ginger root, natural lemon, natural raspberry

This is fabulous hot or cold
How to cold steep.
Always hot steep leaves first.
1. Steep as normal in a 250ml cup but add 2 teaspoons of tea, once steep has finished pour into a 500ml cup full of ice. Make sure the cup or glass can cope with the hot and cold water.

Keep the leaves and place to the side as you can re steep your tea up to 3 times through out the day, or place it in a tea infuser with cold water and put it in the fridge for up to 24 hours but no longer as there are no preservatives in the tea.
2. Alternatively do a hot flush – pour hot 100°C water over the leaves for a few seconds then place your tea into a infuser with cold water, you can keep this in the fridge for up to 24 hours but remember to drink it in that time as it has no preservatives.


Place 1 teaspoon of tea (2g) into a cup  – steep at 100 °C for 5 minutes
