Black tea with an Aussie outback twist! At first my herbaceous, earthy scent will waft over you, and what will follow is a trip to the outback from the comfort of your seat.

I’m a refreshing and nuanced black tea with notes of citrus and spice.

What about lemon tea tree and lemon myrtle, you ask? Well, these additions have been used in indigenous bush medicine due to their healing and healthy properties – they are rich in antioxidants, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory.

They are high in Vitamin C.

Aniseed myrtle is another ingredient resource used in the bush thanks to its high concentrations of vitamin C, E, chlorophyll, folate, lutein, zinc, calcium and magnesium!

I’m a great every day tea.

Steep 1 teaspoon of tea (2g) into a cup – steep at 98 °C for 2 minutes

If you like your tea to be stronger just add an extra teaspoon of tea next time and steep at the same time and temperature.
