I taste like a blast from the past! Each sip is slightly sweet, yet slightly tangy, with the refreshing notes of Liquorice and Spearmint.

Lemon Myrtle has been used in indigenous bush medicine for years, thanks to its potential health and healing properties (it is anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory).
It is also a source of:

Lemon and Lemon Grass boost the Vitamin C profile
Liquorice, Peppermint and Spearmint bring a distinctive taste that offsets the lemony notes in this tea. They may also be a soothing additions that oral health (and fresh breath) benefits
Hibiscus blossoms (which have a tart flavour similar to cranberries) are also high in healthy polyphenols and antioxidants.

This is fabulous hot or cold
Steep 1 teaspoon of tea (2g) into a cup – steep at 100 °C for 5 minutes
If you like your tea to be stronger just add an extra teaspoon of tea next time and steep at the same time and temperature.
Cold steep – steep as normal in a 250ml cup but add 2 teaspoons of tea, once steep has finished pour into a 500ml cup full of ice. Make sure the cup or glass can cope with the hot and cold water.
You will have a lovely glass of cold Retro Lemon, YUMMO
Any time of day is the best time to have a cuppa.
