b’Lure Blue Matcha Tea Powder is made from 100% Butterfly Pea Flowers specially milled here in Australia at sub zero temperatures in a $1 million Japanese machine. This creates an incredible superfine blue matcha tea powder. The matcha is packaged in a beautiful stainless steel shaker canister which can be refilled.

It can be used as an ingredient in suspension anywhere you would like blue-purple-pink colours such as blue latte, acai or yoghurt bowls, breads and sourdough, ice cream, icing, cake mix. Check out our instagram or facebook page for recipes and ideas.

Blue matcha will work as a suspension in baking or dough based products such as sourdough, bread, pasta and icing.

Serving Suggestions

Tea ~ 1/4 tsp per cup
Latte ~ 1/4 tsp per cup
Cake mix ~ 1tbsp
Ice cream ~ 1 tbsp per litre
Try also in yogurt or smoothies, acai or other bowls.

Ingredients – Apple pieces, hibiscus, rosehip, grapes, lemon peel, pineapple pieces, papaya pieces, rose petals, strawberry and Raspberry pieces.

How to cold steep.
Always hot steep leaves first.
1. Steep as normally in a 250ml cup but add 2 teaspoons of tea, once steep has finished pour into a 500ml cup full of ice. Make sure the cup or glass can cope with the hot and cold water, it will melt the ice and give you a cold refreshing drink.
Keep the leaves and place to the side as you can re steep your tea 3 or more times through out the day.
2. A hot flush is another way to cold steep your tea– pour hot 100°C water over the leaves for a few seconds then place your tea in an infuser with cold water, you can keep this in the fridge for up to 24 hours but remember to drink it in that time as it has no preservatives.

If you love the taste of Ginger then you will love this one, it is a gorgeous red colour when steeped and has a lovely fruity Ginger flavour.

Ingredients – Rosehip shells, hibiscus, lemongrass, ginger root, natural lemon, natural raspberry
