How to Make Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
Ingredients:
- 5–10 dried butterfly pea flowers or heaped Teaspoon
- 1 cup (250ml) hot water
- Honey, lemon, or mint (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil Water
- Steep Flowers: Add the dried flowers to hot water and let them steep for 4–6 minutes. The water will turn a deep blue.
- Strain & Serve: Remove the flowers and enjoy the tea as-is or with a touch of honey.
