We partnered with Nicholson Fine Foods to create this gold medal winning vinegar (2014 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards).

Estate-bottled and specially crafted to harmonise with the flavour profile of our premium olive oils, this vinegar is made from Australian red capsicums, giving a fresh and intense flavour.

Perfect with Cajun chicken, baked potatoes, avocado salads, prawns, lobster, or simply with crusty bread.
