Caffeine in tea
White – 15 to 25mg per cup
Green – 20 to 40mg per cup
Yellow – 25 to 45mg per cup
Oolong – 30 to 45mg per cup
Black – 40 to 60mg per cup
Coffee – 80 to 120mg per cup
These are suggested caffeine levels in a cup of tea but wait there is more
What will lower the caffeine level
The lower the temperature of the water
The shorter the brew time
Smaller amounts of tea ratio to water so less than 2g of tea per cup.

What will make a cup higher in caffeine
Higher Temperature of the water
