Did you know Pineapple is rich in Vitamin C, B6, magnesium, folate, potassium, protein, fibre, iron, folate and more? It also contains the enzyme bromelain which may aid digestion, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Apples are a good source of malic acid and fructose. They are fibre rich which may help with digestion too.
Coconut, Hibiscus and Honeybush add to the flavour profile of this blend, and are also high in healthy antioxidants .

This is fabulous hot or cold
Hot
Steep 1 teaspoon of tea (2g) into a cup – steep at 100 °C for 5 minutes
Cold
Steep as normal in a 250ml cup but add 2 teaspoons of tea, once steep has finished pour into a 500ml cup full of ice. Make sure the cup or glass can cope with the hot and cold water.
