Passion Tea This is one of our favourite summer drinks. Treat your guests with this great tea mocktail Instructions Steep 1 teaspoon of Brookfield Australian Green tea for 1 minute in ½ cup of water at 80 degrees Celsius Add ½ teaspoon of honey to the tea Stir Add tea to a cup of ice Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and 80mls of passion fruit juice from a can of passionfruit pulp and syrup.
